Carpentry work is out of scope. Plywood Box with a minimum depth of 150 mm is required. Internal ply has to be coated with double layer of white-matt enamel paint. White silicon sealant to arrest any insect entries into the stretch solutioning has to be applied on the joints of the plywood box.
Removal & Re-fixing of the sheet for any repair work / cleaning will be done on chargeable basis.
Scaffolding and support work for carrying out installation has to be provided.
Stretch Ceiling Film installation will be carried out finally after all other construction work is completed.
Damage caused by external agencies present in the construction site will not be under our responsibility.

For Lacquer Ceilings, Supply of Fixtures, Provision for fittings including lights, smoke detectors, etc. will be done and will be on chargeable basis.
