Follow ICEIL’s professional stretch ceiling installation policy for a safe and seamless execution process.
The BDM's shall explain ICEIL Stretch Ceiling products to the Client and submit a detailed quotation as per the client's requirements, drawings and approved Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Every requirement must be explained and clarified before finalizing the pricing including LED ambiance type of control system (normal ON-OFF, Dimming, Tuneable, Dali, Standalone or LMS). Most importantly the site location and height of installation.
Upon receipt of the purchase order & advance payment, confirmation will be obtained from the finance team. After confirmation, the business team will officially hand over the project to the Project Support team / Project Execution team with the finalized scope of work, time frame and team structure of the client and project details clearly without any missing information discussed verbally with client representatives.

For each ICEIL project, a dedicated Project Manager will be assigned. The PM will create a WhatsApp group or group email including all relevant stakeholders from the Client team and ICEIL team for smooth communication and coordination of site readiness, execution schedules and material delivery/receipt confirmations.
The project execution team shall carry out installation as per approved drawings adhering to the safety standards and agreed timelines. ICEIL shall ensure timely completion of the project subject to site readiness and installation requirements were fulfilled by the client as agreed.
Upon completion of the installation, a joint inspection will be conducted by ICEIL and Client representatives. Final measurements and Lux values will be recorded. During inspection if any snag or comment raised will be rectified immediately and get the approval from the Client. The feedback and review will be obtained from Client and WCC will be signed which issued by ICEIL digitally via a link.
The Warranty Certificate will be issued by ICEIL within seven (7) days from the date of Project Completion, subject to Final Payment cleared as per the agreed terms and conditions.
Follow the below technical requirements for proper ICEIL / LED system installation.
ICEIL LED Block Stretch Ceiling systems operate on a 24V DC constant voltage driver system. This ensures uniform illumination, enhanced safety, and energy efficiency.
Provide 1–2 access trap doors per installation. Position each access within 2 meters of every fixture. Ensure access supports maintenance, ventilation, and servicing. Access provision is mandatory.
Route power supply directly from the Distribution Board (DB). Provide an independent dedicated circuit for each system. Strictly prohibit looping from other electrical circuits. Include provision for dedicated switch control if required.
Drivers convert AC input to 24V DC output. Install drivers near the trap door location. Ensure drivers are easily accessible for maintenance. Provide adequate ventilation to prevent overheating.
Execute DC wiring strictly as per approved drawings. If the distance between driver and fixture exceeds 2 meters, the electrical contractor must provide suitable cabling. Ensure cable sizing prevents voltage drop and maintains uniform illumination.
Up to 800 W → 1 x 1.5 sq.mm
Up to 1200 W → 1 x 2.5 sq.mm
Above 1200 W → 2 x 2.5 sq.mm or higher
Final cable sizing must consider load, distance,
and voltage drop.
Provide AC power supply up to the trap door. Provide DC wiring if the distance exceeds 2 meters. Ensure proper circuit protection is in place. ICEIL scope includes LED block system supply, driver specification, and installation guidance.
Ensure all installations comply with local electrical standards and safety regulations. Provide proper earthing. Maintain balanced load distribution. Ensure safe cable routing.
